I．Brief Intruduction to Project Unit
Tengzhou Yinfeng Chemical Co., Ltd. has a long history of producing chemical products including Benic Acid, Sodium Benic, Cyanuric Acid, Disinfectant and Compound Fertilizer. The productions are 5000 tons of Cyanuric Acid, 3000 tons of Disinfectant and 20,000 tons of Compound Fertilizer.
II．Project Content
1. Construction content: To expand the production line of Cyanuric Acid, compound fertilizer and disinfectant, purchase all kinds of equipment 740sets, build workshop of 54000 M2 and other accessory installations including water pipe, power facilities, and thermal supply.
2. Construction condition: It has qualification of technology, craft and equipment for expanding production.
3. Market analysis:Cyanuric Acid has been an important intermediate, with more than 500 kinds of ramifications; the demand of its chlorine product is increasing 10% every year. For the Agriculture Bureau has prohibited saltpeter nitrogenous fertilizer, there is a great potential of Sulphuric Acid Ammonium. The compound fertilizer also enjoys a promising market.
III. Investment Amount and Benefits
Total investment are RMB 320 million, including RMB 200 million of fixed assets. It is planned to introduce investment of RMB 240 million. The finished project will produce 40,000 tons of Cyanuric Acid, 60,000 tons of Sulphuric Acid Ammonium, 20,000tons of Disinfectant and 100,000 tons of Compound Fertilizer every year. The annual sales income shall be RMB 400 million, and the profit shall be RMB 80 million. The payoff period is 4 years.
