Liquefied Petroleum Gas Transfer Station in Nan'ao County

Description: The station is located at Budaiao Bay, Yun'ao Town. It is 7 sea miles to the international sea route and the around-island highway is running by. The project had been approved by State Planning Commission. The total construction area is 5000 square meters and annual handling capacity is one million tons. It invested 108 million yuan and finished batch of construction including water and power supply system, communication system, land leveling, breakwater of 424758 cubic meters and general-purpose building with floor area of 1814 square meters. It is intended to introduce funds for further construction. The items include two low-temperature-normal-pressure LPG storage tanks with volume of 50000 cubic meters, four normal-temperature-high-pressure LPG storage tanks with volume of 2000 cubic meters, one 50000 tons-grade berth , two 2000 tons-grade berths, one 1000 tons-grade berth, two 3000 tons-grade berths (reserved), supplementary facilities of 3000 square meters and cold-storage accessorial utilities of 2000 square meters.
Cooperation form: joint venture and contractual cooperation.
Cooperation term: to be negotiated.
Total investment: 760 million yuan (91.79 million US dollars)
Sponsor investment: 342 million yuan (41.31 million US Dollars).
Counterpart investment: 418 million yuan (50.48 million US Dollars). The counterpart provides funds and equipment. The investment may be done in phases.
