Description: Chenghai District is a well-known toy and woolen export-oriented production base with annual output volume of 1.5 billion US dollars. It was assigned as China Toy and Gift City and China Craftwork and Woolen Sweater City. The main business scopes of the logistics center are toy, craftwork, woolen sweater and garment. The land area for the project is 104.99 hectares. The center is divided into three areas. The east area is a walking area including exhibition center, consulting center and main building. The middle area is used for whole-sale market, equipment and raw material whole-sale market, shopping center, office building, hotel and supplementary facilities. The south area is used for distribution center, utilities, recovering center, storing and transportation supplementary facilities.
Cooperation form: joint venture, contractual cooperation and wholly-funded.
Cooperation term: to be negotiated
Total investment: 555 million yuan (67 million US dollars).
Investment structure: The sponsor provides land for the project. The counterpart provides capital.
Location of project: west side of Jinhong Highway and south side of Lianhedong Road.
Project progress: The layout and introduction.
