Recently, Siemens and Shanghai Yangpu District signed a letter of intent for cooperation on "energy conservation project of government office building of Yangpu District". This is the first time Siemens established a cooperation partnership with Shanghai district government on providing innovative "green environmental protection" technology for office building of the district government.
The signing ceremony was held on the site of "Siemens Shanghai Center", which has officially started construction. This center locates at Shanghai Yangpu District and is the East China headquarters funded by Siemens with RMB 710 million investment.
