Brief Introduction

To accelerate the city construction and develop municipal facilities better, local government started up the project of new district, which covers an area of 12.035 square kilometer and holds a population of 102,000. The new district is planned to be divided into 5 parts and the total floor space will be 8.786 million square meters. Within the planned area for the construction of culture, entertainment and commerce, an international conference and exhibition center, 5-star hotel, shopping center and modern recreation facilities shall be established. The site of project is designed to be an the east bank of the Dongshahe Water Park in Nanshao Town, Changping District, and be close to the planned administration area and commercial area. Two Bridges will link up the old and new districts.

Occupation: 417 hector (131 hector for culture entertainments, 145 hector for business, 141 hector for forestation)

Construction area: 174,700 square meters for culture entertainments, 266,500 square meter for business

Investment: 250 million yuan in all.100 million yuan for China Convention and Exhibition Center, 15 million yuan for 5-star hotels, shopping center and infrastructure of modern entertainment

Investment and Profits

The project is planned to invest RMB 2500 million with RMB 1000 million invested into the conference and exhibition center and the remaining RMB 1500million invested into a 5-star hotel, a shopping center and modern entertainment services and other necessary facilities.

The project shall refund its investment in 12 years with an annual profit of RMB 200 million after the completion of the construction because it can enjoy preferential policies authorized be the local government.
