1. Main content: XinYuan County has Yili Steel and Iron Plant and Dushanzi Steel and Iron Plant. In 2005, the annual output of steel reached 700,000 tons. Each year, 2 million tons of blast furnace waste residue need to be disposed. The project takes advantage of blast furnace waste residue and mature technology to produce new type construction material such as concrete air brick and pavement ground brick.

4. Product scheme: producing high strength color concrete air brick and pavement ground brick. The products feature high heat preservation, fireproofing, anti-burning and sound insulation as well as able to be processed, circulating and radioactivity-free.
