1. Main content: Xinyuan County is rich in tourist resources. Hamusete Skiing Field lies against branch range of Tianshan Mountain, with mountain features stretching from south to north, moderate steep landform, large amount of snow fall, weak wind, good quality snow, long period of snow and abundant underground water resources, praised as “the most ideal natural skiing field in Xinjiang”.

3. Construction content and scale: skiing area: meeting the demand of skiing of entertainment and competition, including various types of fields, the snow way is equipped with ropeway, and administrative service center. When completed, the total area will be more than 4000 mu, the daily receiving scale 3000 person times, capable of undertaking large scale skiing sport.

4. Market demand analysis: Yili River valley is the second largest tourism distribution area only next to Urumchi in Xinjiang. From 1998 to 2004, the tourist person times of Yili increased to 2.794 million from 280,000, that of Xinyuan County to 340,000 from 64,000. The tourist source divides into three levels of market within and outside of Xinjiang.

8. Preparation in the first stage: having finished project proposal. At present, 3.5 million Yuan has been invested in Hamusite Skiing Field, three snow ways of 800-meter, 300-meter and 600 meter respectively as well as part of infrastructure have been constructed and run into operation successfully.
